Dinner here was very good. I think it will be a great spot to add to your Chinese takeout list! I plan to go back and try more dishes soon. We dined in and were served some complementary pickled vegetables. Ordered the Mapo Tofu and the Smoked Pork and Bamboo plus some buns. Really loved the entrees. The mapo was perfect and the smoked pork dish was unique and delicious. Complementary Cream puffs served at the end. Food was served really fast and the portions are huge. My only complaint was that the white rice was 1.99 a cup but didn’t seem fresh and had some odd brown colors mixed in that made it seem questionable.

Food: 5/5 Ordered dry-fried green beans, grilled squid, and fish-fragrant shredded pork. All the dishes were excellent and very authentic flavors. The green beans were fresh and perfectly cooked, not overdone. The grilled squid was full of flavor—spicy, salty, and satisfying. The fish-fragrant shredded pork tasted almost like a hot and sour soup in dish form—spicy, tangy, and incredibly delicious. Service: 4/5 The server was friendly and patient. The food arrived within a reasonable time. Nothing extraordinary, but no complaints either. Atmosphere: 5/5 Really liked the layout of the restaurant—comfortable and inviting. Lighting is great, and the vibes were there. Would recommend? 100% This place serves some of the most delicious Chinese food I’ve had in a while. It leaves you craving for more. I highly recommend dining in rather than take out.

Authentic Hunanese food in northern Seattle. The smoked pork with smoked bamboo shoot was 腊肉烟笋. The stinky tofu was great too - wish it had more broth less oil though. Glad to find another solid Hunan restaurant in Seattle.

Update 1/5/25: Went again here during lunch and tried 4 more dishes and they were yummy! Updated this review with menus and pictures. I love that we have a good asian restaurant up north. We've been to this place 2 times now and both times we had an excellent experience. The place is located in a small complex with other pretty good restaurants too. Parking can get packed here but there should be some space for everyone. Food order comes pretty quick and they are really good. Things that we personally like are the sweet and sour dishes, Sichuan spicy dishes, their string beans are good, tea smoked duck is pretty good as well. Their dim sum is good too. Soup dumplings are good with big portions. Nothing can go wrong here. It does get pretty packed at normal eating hours, so come a little early to avoid waiting.

Very tasty and authentic Chinese food. Love the pork intestines dry pot and the kungpao chicken. The spicy stir fried beef was okay but a bit too salty to our liking. Would certainly want to try other dishes

Bro, you are missing out if you don't eat here. Went here last May 29, 2025. Ordered zajiang noodles, braised beef noodles, sweet and sour pork, spicy wonton, crystal shrimp dumplings and flower edged shu mai. We loved all the dishes and honestly would love to try every single menu item they have. For the owner, the place is nice but the wall decors on the left side of the front door makes the place seem like a hawaiian place. Edit (reply to owner): Oh! Then you did a good job then! Sorry, I just assumed the decors didn't change because it was my first time there.

I've been here a few times when I'm on this side of town. The service is warm and quick, the food is delicious, and the portion sizes are great. I think the rice is cooked very fragrantly and it tastes really good. I will definitely be back!
